I can't explain it but I just know God is there, something greater outside of myself, that our lives aren't so pointless or so small, and that we are loved and we are worth something.<br /><br />If you get a chance, read some C.S. Lewis! amazing stuff. i love this line from his book "The Weight of Glory": <br />"We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea.
